at the void deck of my HDB flat lies a big black dog which is abandoned by its owner a few months back.
It's so friendly it jumps at u. It's rather smart. It knows where the market is and according to my mum she saw vendors giving it food which the dog will bite and run so fast as if someone's chasing after him. back to where he was abandoned. Ppl here always feed it. I always see packets of food around. His hobby is to chase cats at night. U hear it woof loudly that bellows. . . And yes again it's so friendly, even the cats dun mind getting chased at. They go near him. They're not afraid of him!
All the adorable behaviours of the dog made the people around here love him. Now, it has become our block pet.
His sleeping place has upgraded from a cold barren concrete floor to a big piece of a towel and recently to a "bed" made out of cardboard (some well known TV brand ok hahaa) with the towel in place.
But i think this dog is old already. perharps, one of the reasons why it was abandoned? anyway, it's one super friendly or super old and blur dog that doesn't shun away from cars on the road when the ppl here wanna park their cars ya..so the never-say-die-tail wagging dog's leg got injured (according to the kpo aunties who always hang out at the void deck, it met with a car accident) And the heart-warming thing is someone from our area, brought it to the vet. wahh... cos my bro said he saw the leg was "treated and bandaged professionally which is unlikely to be done without any special materials"
A lot of assumptions. I know. Hahaa..
I passed by his territory just now and i also saw plates for water..and other Tupperware stuff..hahaa.. and the old dog was in his cardbox chewing.......a straw.
Poor dog. kenna abandoned. If not for his size i suppose someone would have taken him in. But oh well. he has all of us now. i'll try to take a pic of him when im free! haha!
