annoying. firstly, my ftt test is coming and till now i have yet to touch the book. and secondly i haven't thought of an event/incident to talk about for the ntu application form. so i havta go postpone the ftt date and search for ideas on what to write before the closing date arrives - gasP whille busy at work. which, led me reading the archives of my blog. and to realise that I have grown so much over the years. the style of writing, the content.. ha! it's so embarrassing. :) read them if u want to. haha! oh. and i found myself cursing starhub a few years back. lol.
just some random thoughts.
The StarHub Experience
longest sentenced ever said: within 7 days if you have any mechanical faults with the phone you can always come back to starhub customer service at level 2. (i always tend to say that in 1 breath, leaving me breathless.)
the word secret is not in the starhub dictionary.
the rubbish bin is also a good seat.
The 1633 Call
a customer trying to be funny: told him if he has any problems on connecting his set top box he can call 1633. his reply: "not call u meh?"
another customer trying to be funny: explained to him that if he calls 1633, he can see his changes of his cable tv channels faster than through paper work. he said: "ok la u lend me ur phone." (there is no phone at the counter) he grabbed my PC mouse and placed it in front of him and said to himself, "ei. this is not a phone."
a customer who is funny: tell him to call 1633 for help. his reply: "dun wan lah!! the machine is trying to kill me man. press 1 - to jump off the building. press 2 - to hang yourself."
ok that's all. till den for more funny or not so funny customers. Lol!
