wad is the world coming into???
I went to the market with my mum early in morning to help her carry stuffs..and buy breakfast...while my mum was queuing to buy bee hoon i waited for her at one of the nearby seats. There sat a mother and her cute little son (ard 3-5 years old?) who have just settled down. Then i overheard her conversation,
[mum] boy, mummy going to buy food ah...u sit here properly and dun run ok?
[mum] when strangers come and ask u if there's any available seats or anything..dun tok to them ok? Tell them that you are deaf.
i was STunned!!!
she left the seat and walked a small distance before turning back,
[mum] remember ah...."i am deaf."
unbelievable.
Why can't the mother teach her little boy just say yes it's occupied or something??
